Why we consulted:

Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service have recently undertaken a review of our Fire Protection Strategy (which was last reviewed in 2012). The revised draft strategy, which takes into account several developments and initiatives introduced across the UK's fire services in the last few years, many linked to the Regulators Code, is intended to help achieve our wider vision of safer business and community sectors where there are no preventable deaths or injuries in fires, where fire losses are reduced to all time minimal levels, and businesses receive consistent advice, information and enforcement practices.

We were particularly keen to hear from our own business community about the content of this document. We welcomed your own thoughts and feedback on the revised draft strategy; how it might be improved and whether the content of the document is in keeping with your own expectations of our Business Fire Safety activity.
