Kings Langley Junction Improvements Proposal Phase 2

This public engagement was open from 5 March 2020

This public engagement closed on 19 March 2020

The Highway Improvements Group (HIG) of Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) proposed to enhance pedestrian facilities in the Kings Langley area in Hemel Hempstead, namely the junction of London Road with Nash Mills Lane, in accordance with the Safer Routes to School programme. Following our previous consultation carried out on 4 November 2019, residents raised safety concerns regarding cars parked on either side of the road on Rucklers Lane. This makes it difficult for cars to manoeuvre on Rucklers Lane with Hempstead Road, Kings Langley. As per residents’ feedback, double yellow lines parking restriction has been added to our proposals.
