1. Join a Hertfordshire Health Walk
Get your dose of Vitamin D this weekend by joining a Hertfordshire Health Walk! There are plenty of walks over the 3-day weekend in the Hertsmere, North Herts, Dacorum and East Herts areas. Make sure to register online or arrive a few minutes early to complete a registration form if you haven’t been on a walk before. Find out the locations and times at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/healthwalks
2. Visit the Library
Spend the first day of your weekend with the kids at one of the free Weekend Stories at your local library. You will be able to listen to old favourites and new tales, and all the family is welcome! There are Stories happening at Bushey, North Watford, Watford Central and St Albans libraries tomorrow. For more information visit our libraries website.
NOTE: Hertfordshire Libraries will be closed on Monday.
3. Fire Station Open Day
Want to see the equipment our firefighters use in a fire? Head down to the Much Hadham Fire Station Open Day! Open day activities can include the chance to look around a fire engine, see a ‘cooking oil fire’ demonstration or see someone rescued from a car.
