Listing historical documents volunteer
You will be producing descriptions and adding records to the online archives.
What will I be doing?
- Creating descriptions of new records for the archives
- Describing detail of documents such as; date, place and type of document.
What skills or experience do I need?
- Basic computer and word processing skills
- An interest in family or local history
- Attention to detail
- High level of literacy
How much time do I need to give?
Upon signing up you will agree timetable of hours.
We are open:
- Tuesday 9am to 7.30pm
- Wednesday 9am to 5pm
- Thursday 9am to 5pm
- Friday 9am to 5pm
- Saturday 9am to 1pm
Where will I be located?
At Hertfordshire Archives and Local Studies.
