Using the map

To zoom in and out use your mouse wheel or the zoom slider on the map.

You can drag the map to move to a different location. You can use the shift key to draw a box on the map and the map will zoom to that location.

Click on a marker on the map to see the details of that fault. If the details are not all visible drag the map to bring them into view.

Current Location

The current location function uses the location provided by your web browser. If you are using a mobile device then this will be provided either via GPS or the location of your mobile device. If using a different type of network connection then it will be the location provided by your internet service provider. This will not always be the exact location that you are at.

Search

The search box enables you to search both for cases and for locations on the map. To search for locations on the map please enter the name of a settlement, councillors, electoral division, road or a post code without spaces.

To search for a case please enter the reference provided by the council
