Early Help Module (EHM) training

EHM system training is for:

  • all practitioners who will initiate Families First Assessments (previously eCAF/Family CAF)
  • practitioners who will be the keyworkers (previously Lead professionals).

EHM training is half day system training on how to access and use the Families First EHM system. It includes:

  • an overview of all relevant EHM system functions
  • how to gain access to the EHM
  • how to complete an online Families First Assessment, including how to get Families set up on the EHM for assessment
  • how to record Team Around the Family Meetings on EHM system.

Practitioners must attend training and complete a Families First Early Help Module (EHM) User form before they can access the EHM system.
