Bookstart week (4-10 June 2018)

Every year, BookTrust organises National Bookstart Week (held 4–10 June this year)  to celebrate the joys and benefits of sharing books, stories and rhymes with your little ones from as early an age as possible – it’s never too early to start!

Bookstart week saw the launch of the book "Busy day for Birds" in sign language - watch the British Sign Language version of A Busy Day for Birds read by Ore Oduba.

Libraries may still have stocks of the free book, so do pop in to find out or email bookstart@hertfordshire.gov.uk . You can also visit www.booktrust.org.uk for more information about the packs.
