We're Hertfordshire's service for children and young people aged 0-25 years that have disabilities.
We'll work with you from when you first need social care support. We'll help children and young adults with disabilities to lead safe, independent and fulfilled lives until they reach stability in early adulthood, up until they're 25.
Who's the service for?
We work with those who have a physical and/or mental impairment that has a long term and adverse effect resulting in significant impact on daily living/development of the child or young adult.

A specialist service for disabled children, young people, young adults and their families with a focus on supporting people to reach their full potential, enabling their independence and ensuring that they can take part in their local community. The service will support young people and young adults until they are settled in adult life.
