GreenLight Youth Group

Green Light offers a safe, accepting and understanding environment for young people with Behavioral Disorders & Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), we provide events packed full of fun and adventure for young people to meet other young people like them. This helps to build on their social communication skills, reduce social isolation and anxiety and at the same time increase their self-esteem and self-confidence. Many young people with behavioral disorders come into contact with many places where they are not understood or just feel that they are constantly being “told off”. Green Light creates an environment where young people are understood and accepted. All events are designed to be active and give a young person space and freedom to use their energy. Our events are kept small in numbers to reduce social anxiety’s and social fears. The events are led by an experienced team of youth workers and therapists. All young people must be registered with us to attend our events, when you register one of our youth workers or therapists will make contact with you to discuss your child’s needs. Professionals & Schools may also make direct referrals to us, but please note we are self-funded.
