Breakthrough stealing, hoarding and binge eating and strengthen attachment

Many children from a background of neglect and trauma steal, hoard and binge on food. The reasons for this are complex and specific to each child but there are tools you can use to help your child breakthrough to a more positive relationship with food.

Join Dr Stephanie Fade, Dietitian and Adopter for this fun, interactive, online session. You will learn how to help your child and how to make the case for more support where that is
necessary. You will also get access to free bonus resources. These include my latest books about a) hunger and b) food, mood and behaviour. Both books are packed full of helpful information and practical tips to help you to support your child to shift their mindset about food and mealtimes and develop new healthy behaviours.

You don't need to be "techie." As long as you have a computer and wifi you can join in and get access to advice and support from the comfort of home. If on the day life goes the shape of a pear and you cannot join us you will still get a recording of the webinar so you can watch it when it's convenient. Even better at the end of the session you will get lifelong membership of my Facebook Group "Nourish and Flourish" completely free!

Be part of a community of people who love food and want to help their hurting children heal.
