Are you aged 13-17? Do you feel you would like some support with your emotional wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem? Are you struggling with anxiety or low-mood? The YC Hertfordshire Emotional Wellbeing Project at the YC Hertfordshire Bishop’s Stortford Young People’s Centre could be for you. Join us on Tuesday evenings from 7pm to 9pm and bring about positive changes in your life.
At the YC Hertfordshire Emotional Wellbeing Project we cover a variety of subjects and do many activities each term. We will help you through any challenges and pressures you are facing in your life and discuss how you can look after your own emotional and mental wellbeing.
Come along to the project and get involved in a range of fun activities, including sports, cookery, arts and crafts, and have the opportunity to make new friends. You will also learn coping strategies for dealing with anxiety and depression, and gain new life skills at the same time!
The Bishop’s Stortford Emotional Wellbeing project offers a safe environment where you will get support from youth workers to boost your emotional well-being, confidence, and self-esteem and ultimately help you to feel better about your life and your future.
