Free Pressure Area Care Training

A half day session aimed at carers and care workers to train in:

•The underlying causes of pressure ulcers • How the body normally works to protect pressure areas

• Improving understanding of what pressure care means

• How to identify people at risk of developing pressure ulcers

• How to take preventative action

• What to do if you find or suspect a pressure ulcer

• Your role and the role of community nurses This training course is CPD accredited for 3.5 hours PLACES NEED TO BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE
