8 sessions of 1 hour, begins with powerpoint
presentation and follows with different exercises, mindful eating, dealing with
difficulties, mindful communication, gratitude, mindful movement. Sessions are
experiential and interactive, some writing required, handbooks provided and
email access beneficial as follow up information sent every week. small groups,
with teacher and teacher support. Upstairs in Lecture Hall (lift accessible).
Carers encouraged to participate and join, free of charge.
