Who can help

Age UK

Age UK offer free local services for over 50s:

Befriending service - talk to a befriending volunteer at home or over the phone. Age UK try to match people with similar interests.

In-Touch emotional support line - If you're worried about burdening friends or family, the In-Touch team are a sympathetic ear you can talk to about whatever is weighing on you.

Activities and events - weekly activities and special events in Hertfordshire.

Herts Help is a network of community organisations in Hertfordshire. Speak to one of their advisors to find independent support to get the most out of life.
