64 Million Artists are back with the 5th year of The January Challenge.
The idea is simple - 31 days, 31 creative challenges.
Challenges are fun, free, quick, accessible - and sent directly to your inbox.
You could be building a castle out of tins of soup in your cupboard, drawing 5 faces in 5 minutes or writing a poem about Mondays, cake, noses or pigeons….who knows where it will take you?
Last year 7,500 amazing people took part all over the country and this year looks set to be the biggest yet. January is boring, let’s have some fun!
64 Million Artists believe that everyone is creative, and that when we use our creativity we can make positive change in our lives and the world around us. The January Challenge reflects these core beliefs - It is always about having a go and seeing what happens, not trying to make something perfect. Challengers are encouraged to ‘Do’ the challenge, ‘Think’ about the process, and ‘Share’ their endeavours online. The online communities are supportive and friendly, and there is a real sense of comradery amongst those taking part. Last year, over 90% of people said that the challenge had a positive impact on their wellbeing, and many enjoyed connecting with others, learning new skills and having some fun; “Simple, fun creative tasks to joy up your January! An opportunity to take a step back and look at the world anew.”
