Are we there yet?
Travelling with children isn’t always as much fun as the Tui & Boots adverts would have us think, so try Borrowbox to access audio books and ebooks to keep the children ( and adults) entertained en route.
Free to use for library members BorrowBox is a complete eLibrary in one app. Simply use the child’s library card to access loads of audio and ebooks by scrolling down the Borrowbox home page to see what is available – stories for all ages and some nonfiction too! Don’t forget ebook and eAudiobooks count towards the 6 books for the Summer Reading Challenge!
Adults can log in as well to read bestsellers whether fiction or non-fiction . Once the app is downloaded to a device you can read everywhere you go.
There is a comprehensive help section to guide you through the process. And, as if things couldn’t get any betters, there are no overdue charges! Go to www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/libraries and click on “ebooks and audio books”
