With thanks to Herts Sports Partnership for these excellent ideas
If you’re stuck at home because of coronavirus (Covid-19), or your normal activity has been cancelled, it’s still important to stay as active as you can. Even a small amount of activity will have a positive impact on your physical and mental health, and there’s plenty you can do at home – here are some ideas to keep you moving.
The HSP team is keen to make sure that we support everyone to be active at home, and so we're calling on your efforts to support one another! If you're interested in recording a short video of exercise ideas that can be done at home, please let us know - we'll happily set up a bespoke webpage full of your ideas and clips!
Gentle exercise is especially important when you're not sure what you can actually do. The NHS has a seated exercise programme that so put on the radio and get the endorphins flowing!

Right now Sport England want to hear from the sector about the issues they're facing. Please contact them via firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know how coronavirus is impacting you or your organisation, and the type of help you think would be most beneficial. You can also read more here.
