The Hertfordshire Big Weekend 24th & 25th March 2018
For the third year running, Visit Hertfordshire, the county's regional tourist board is taking part in the country wide Big Weekend to kick-start the tourist season.
Hertfordshire residents are invited to enter a ballot to win free entrance tickets to a wide range of attractions in the county as a way to get to know what amazing places their local area has got to offer.
The Big Weekend is part ot the English Tourist Board's English Tourism Week celebration and people can see what is on offer at www.hertsbigweekend.co.uk
The ballot is open from February 8th to March 11th and all you need to do to enter is register yourself on the website and hopefully you will be lucky.
The Royston Information Centre situated in Royston Library, Market Hill, Royston is again sponsoring the Royston Cave this year and free entry tickets are available to the lucky ballot winners.
However, if you don't win free entry via the ballot, you can still buy a ticket and visit the cave on 24th and 25th March by coming to the RIC and buying a ticket between 19th and 23rd March. Or, you can take the risk and queue up at the cave door on the day.
Good luck with the draw!
