A week of free fun health activities and information for children, families and adults
We have events all week including:
- Ting Wellbeing Community Stall - all day, find out about local wellbeing practioners
- Exercise bike tasters - 10am to 12noon - for 13yrs upwards, have a go on an exercise bike and find out more from Adam Ben of the On the Limit Gym
- Family Yoga and Meditation - 3pm to 3.40pm - Bring the children or grandchildren !
Throughout the week
- Leaflets and information about local health and wellbeing activities and services
- Discover Hertfordshire Libraries' Reading Well collection and wellbeing books
- Check out our healthy eating, sports, exercise, cookery and diet books
- Relax with a library book/audiobook/ebook - find out about library online services
- Find out about online health information and do a quiz!
- Carers - give yourself a break - get a Carer's library membership Card.
