CMS is working on behalf of and in partnership with St Albans City and District Council to write a new 5 year Greenspace Action Plan (GAP) for Nomansland Common between Wheathampsted and Sanridge. The plan will run from 2018-23 and aims to link together and restore the valuable habitats on this site, while maintaining a focus on public access. This GAP follows on from the previous plan and outlines the vision, aims and objectives for the site until 2023 and identifies the actions that will be implemented to achieve them.
We have been gathering the views of stakeholders and user groups. The feedback from this process has now been drawn together in Nomansland Common Draft Greenspace Action Plan 2018-23.
We are now asking for feedback on the full draft GAP. To view Nomansland Common Draft GAP 2018-23 and for details on how to comment visit SADC website www.stalbans.gov.uk/consultations.
We would welcome your comments on the future management of Nomansland Common Draft Greenspace Action Plan (GAP) 2018-23 by Wednesday 28 February 2018.
Following this engagement exercise, the GAP will be amended as required to take into account any feedback received, before it is formally adopted by SADC and actions to deliver the plan will commence.
