We've opened some of our recycling centres so residents can make essential visits.
Essential visits are where you can't put your waste in your normal kerbside bins or safely store it at home.
Re-opening other recycling centres
We've opened recycling centres where people can keep at least 1 metre apart and major queues won't be caused on roads.
We're constantly reviewing the service to see if we can safely open additional recycling centres.
There will be queues
Check your recycling centre for current queue times.
Entrance to recycling centres will be on a 1 in, 1 out basis.
There is no appointment system however limited numbers of vehicles will be allowed in at one time. We're keeping the number of spaces available under review.
Pedestrians won't be allowed to walk in.
We've had to set out centres differently to keep people at least 1 metre apart. Once you're in, there will be pathways and queues to get to each container.
We may close sites early if queues are too long to get into the site before closing.
