HAFLS is proud to be part of The Festival of Learning in 2017.

The Festival of Learning (previously Adult Learner’s Week) is the largest celebration of lifelong learning in England and celebrates the many and varied benefits of learning.

As well as encouraging everyone to embrace life-long learning, the festival focuses on the many incredible achievements from adults who have used learning to transform their lives, with some fantastic and emotive stories from our HAFLS learners.

See for yourself how Emma used learning to transform her life:

Whether you already love to learn and have undertaken a HAFLS course or perhaps you’re thinking about having a go at learning a brand new skill, you can play your part in the Festival of Learning by undertaking a course.

Play your part in the Festival of Learning and get involved

There’s something for everyone during Festival of Learning so get involved via HAFL’s Twitter page by using the hash tag #lovetolearn throughout the duration of the campaign and tell us about your personal learning journey and what inspired you to sign up.

Visit the Festival of Learning’s official website for the latest news and live event updates and their blog page for the latest news.

There’s never been a better time to get signed up to learn a new skill – so why not give it a go?

If you feel inspired by the Festival of Learning and would like to find out what courses are being run outside of the festival – then have a look at the HAFLS 2017/18 course prospectus.
