If you are an employer interested in applying to be an Admitted Body within the Hertfordshire Pension Fund, please read the Admitted Body Guidance for information on the process.

Please contact Hertsfundemployers@hertfordshire.gov.uk if you have any questions or would like to begin the process of joining Hertfordshire Pension Fund as an Admitted Body.

The following documents must be completed by an employer to commence the admission.

Please note, we will not be able to progress an employer’s admission to the fund without having the above documents completed.

These documents provide us with a formal request for admission and provides the basic information that is required to draft the Admission Agreement.

Schools (including Free Schools, Studio Schools and University Technology Colleges) converting to Academy Status

Please contact us as soon as the likely conversion date is known, so that we can begin the process of setting the Academy up as a scheme employer. Our email address is: Hertsfundemployers@hertfordshire.gov.uk.
