You will need to be able to commit to weekly online classes for 12 weeks (or 6 in the case of our intensive course starting in January).
We are now recruiting for October 2026 and January 2027. Dates;
Mondays, starting 12th October
12/10/26 - 25/01/27 (no lessons 26/10/26, 21/12/26, 28/12/26, 04/01/27) - 9.15am to 2.45pm
Mondays and Wednesdays, starting 6th January (Intensive, 6-week course with two lessons per week)
06/01/27 - 31/03/27 (no lessons on 15th and 17th February). Final class on 24th February - 9.15am to 2.45pm
This Skills Bootcamp will include modules on safeguarding, child development, and food and nutrition, as well as some 1:1 sessions with your tutor and a careers' advice meeting.
There will be one full day where you will need to attend in person to complete your paediatric first aid qualification.
In between your live classes, you will be expected to undertake 6 hours of independent study per week.
The Level 2 Certificate is awarded by the NCFE.
