Statutory guidance for organisations that work with and support children and young people with SEND.

Protects people against discrimination, harassment or victimisation in the workplace or when using private or public services. Under the Act, employers and service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to support disabled people.

The Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills responsible for inspecting educational institutions, including state schools and some independent schools.
