The role of the Local Access Forum (LAF) is to advise the County Council and other bodies on access issues.
The LAF deals with all forms of access and it will advise on strategy and planning issues but it is not expected to get involved in specific casework or individual routes.
Membership includes council staff, councillors and representatives from local community groups.
We're happy to welcome new members to the LAF. We're particularly interested in people who can represent disabled access needs, youth interests, land managers, horse riders and cyclists.
