3. Road drainage
We are responsible for dealing with floods here. Report a flooded road.

5. Watercourses
Are streams, ditches, drains, brooks and rivers that are not part of the main river network. View our map of watercourses.

6. Groundwater

7. Private sewers
Carry waste water away from private property. These are the responsibility of the home owner up to the point where they connect with the public sewer, usually at the boundary of the property.
8. Public sewers
Carry waste water away from public places. Floods here are the responsibility of the Water Companies. Report flooding to Affinity Water or Thames Water - you can find out which from the top of your water bill.
9. Main river network
The Environment Agency are responsible for floods from main rivers.
