Situated near the A1M motorway and mainline train routes, our centre is perfect for conferences, training sessions, meetings and exhibitions.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak Hertfordshire Development Centre we will be opening with restricted capacities in all rooms until further notice. Room hire charges have been reduced to reflect the maximum capacity of each room.

We have six rooms available for hire. All our rooms feature air-conditioning, natural daylight, and integrated AV equipment. Take a look at our floor plan.

A half day is a booking from 8am til 12:30pm or 1pm til 5:30pm. Any booking which goes through 1pm will be charged as a full day.

Equipment

Equipment included in the price your room booking

All of our rooms are equipped with:

  • wi-fi
  • LCD projector
  • mounted laptop
  • DVD and CD players
  • microphones
  • interactive white boards
  • help from our audio visual technicians at any time.


You can hire additional equipment or dedicated technical support for the day, including laptops, voting systems and headsets. Technician and equipment hire prices.
