Lost your library card
To get a new library card, visit your local library. They'll be able to issue you a new one straightaway.
A replacement card costs £1.30.
If you need your library card number to access our online services, please contact us.
Forgotten your PIN
If we have your email address, you can tell us your borrower number and last name and we’ll email you a new PIN straightaway.
