We know that life has been even more challenging of late, with support feeling a little scarce at times. So we thought now would be a good time to analyse some of our webpage data to see if we have been able to help (albeit digitally) in some way.
In the months after schools closed, families have been flocking to our resources area. Our data has shown us that during April 2020:
- a quarter of all our website visits were to the area - that's a huge amount compared to usual activity on the site.
- the resources area has had over 4099 visits (over double the number of visits to our homepage) telling us that families know that this area is here, and are actively searching for it.
- document views increased 160% - showing us that families and professionals are using and finding value in the new resources we've added.
These numbers are a foolproof way of helping us measure the previous, and hopefully continuing, success of the webpage. In fact data from the last few weeks has shown us that, even as things begin to settle down and schools start to reopen, our resources area remains our most popular webpage with 14% of our audience still visiting it.
We couldn't be happier to know that in some small way we are helping families during this tough time, and If you haven't already we urge you to take a look at our resources area and see what all the fuss is about.
