Tell us you're a carer

If you tell us you're a carer then we'll let your doctor know too.  They'll try to be more flexible with appointments and you can get a free flu jab too.


Take a break from caring

A break can do you the world of good – even if it's just for a couple of hours.

With a bit of valuable free time on your hands, you can do whatever you want.  Meeting up with other carers might be a welcome chance to talk with people who know where you're coming from.
