When you submit this form you are sending your information to Hertfordshire County Council (as the Data controller) the data on this form is being gathered for the purposes of the Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Juvenile Fire Setter Intervention Scheme. Hertfordshire County Council will use this information to administrate any subsequent interventions.

The information you give us will be held by Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service (Youth Engagement Team) which is a department of Hertfordshire County Council and will only be used for the administration of any fire setter intervention. We will not share this information with a third party or use it for any other purpose (unless we are legally obliged to share this information for the purposes of child safeguarding concerns or the prevention/detection of crime)
