For booking cancellations made by you, we require a minimum of one week’s notice. Hertfordshire Archives and Local Studies may cancel events where minimum numbers are not reached. In the event of Hertfordshire Archives and Local Studies cancelling an event, there will be a full refund. Any refund will usually be paid, using the same method you used to book a place, within 30 days of the original date of the event or the date that we cancel, whichever is later. Places booked are non-transferable. No seats are allocated; places are sold on a first come first served basis. On some occasions the event may be filmed, recorded or photographs taken. Booking a place affirms your consent to the filming, sound recording or photographing of yourself as a member of the audience. If you have any objection please contact a member of staff. Always check your booking confirmation upon receipt and advise us promptly of any errors. Before you finalise your booking; Please read all the information that applies to the event/booking. If you or any member of your party has particular requirements please raise these when booking and we will endeavour to address your query.
