- You must be a Hertfordshire resident to enter this competition.
- This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) from any district, borough or county council in Hertfordshire.
- Staff from any district, borough or county councils in Hertfordshire are not eligible for the competition, but are welcome to share and comment on the post.
- Entrants must be 18 or over.
- Residents can enter the competition following the instructions provided in the post on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. No other form of correspondence will be accepted.
- The closing date for entries will be specified in the post on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
- Winner(s) will be selected by the WasteAware Co-Ordinator.
- By entering the competition users consent to their name being mentioned in a post on WasteAware’s Facebook, Instagram or Twitter page should they be selected.
- The competition prize is specified in the post on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
- Winner(s) will be announced on WasteAware Facebook, Instagram or Twitter page. No correspondence relating to the dispute of a decision will be entered into.
- The prize(s) is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative
- No part of the prize(s) will be exchangeable for any other item.
- If the advertised prize(s) is not available WasteAware reserves the right to offer an alternative item of equal or greater value.
- WasteAware reserves the right to cancel this competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- This promotion in in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
- WasteAware reserves the right to ask entrants for proof of address.
- The prize will be sent to (or the recipient may be asked to collect the prize) within 30 days of the closing date.
