It is in our trial area (St Albans postcode beginning AL1, AL2, AL3, AL4 or AL5) Confirm It is on a road maintained by Hertfordshire County Council, not a private road Confirm Roads maintained by Hertfordshire County Council. I can park 10m from a junction Confirm There are no trees within 2m of the proposed channel Confirm There are not any street lights, crossing lights, electrical or metal infrastructure within 11 metres of the proposed channel (kerb end) Confirm I don't have private off-street parking (such as a driveway) Confirm If you have space for a driveway, consider applying for a dropped kerb. I don't have a dropped kerb serving my property Confirm The proposed channel won't cross a grass verge Confirm I have access to a mains supply of electricity on the ground floor of my property Confirm I am able to park my car fully on the road Confirm I have regular access to that location Confirm If we approve your application in principle, we will then ask for proof that you have installed a dedicated home electric vehicle chargepoint from the Government's list of eligible chargepoint models.
