Support to stay safe and independent

Recovery after leaving hospital - including practical support and companionship from Reach Out.

Help at home - specialist living and mobility equipment and aids, care technology solutions, meals on wheels, local services and support at home.

Homelessness - for housing and homelessness support, try our Hertfordshire Directory or contact your district or borough council.

Transport - find out about blue badges, bus passes and discounts. Learn or return to driving with Herts Ability's Motability Scheme.

Food banks - food support, community supermarkets and food pantries.
