Property law

We can advise on a wide range of property transactions, including:

  • acquisitions

  • landlord and tenant matters
  • licences.

 
We can also provide advice and support on the legal matters arising from the management of a varied Local Authority Estate.

The team is made up of qualified lawyers who between them have a wealth of experience in providing legal services to Local Authority clients.

We have an extensive knowledge of EU and UK procurement law and can advise on state aid compliance.

Dispute resolution

Our litigation solicitors are experienced in the conduct of various civil and criminal proceedings. We can support with:

  • employment law, disciplinary matters, claims before the employment tribunal

  • prosecutions. 

We can provide representation at court and tribunal hearings.
